Game Privacy Policy

This document describes how Five Mind Creations UG (haftungsbeschränkt), the developer and publisher of PowerBeatsVR, uses, shares, and protects information collected from players of PowerBeatsVR.

Collected Information

We, the developer of PowerBeatsVR, do not  store personal information about you.

We use the features of your platform (Steam, Meta, Rift, Viveport, Pico) to allow you to use the achievements and leaderboards feature, and other services of the platform, which associates said information with your player ID of that platform. This information is stored and managed by the platform provider. To request the platform information to be deleted, please contact the platform provider directly.

Use of Information

Player’s ID and username with scores and experience:
The collected information is used to facilitate leaderboards and unlock weapons based on the player’s experience.

Aggregated, anonymized, and disidentified play data:
This information is used to support the internal operations of the app. The aggregated data cannot be used to identify any particular player.

3rd Party Integrations

YUR:
YUR is a third-party tracking app that gathers activity and movement data. Activating YUR in PowerBeatsVR and pairing it with a YUR account, enables YUR to collect data. This includes but is not limited to: VR tracking data, distances traveled, estimated heart rate, and fitness performance history. Please note that this data is not collected by PowerBeatsVR. It is exclusively attached to your YUR account. For more information, please see the YUR privacy policy. To request that information be deleted, please contact YUR directly.

Changes to the App-Related Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in law, our practices, or features of PowerBeatsVR. Such changes will be effective immediately upon publishing. By playing PowerBeatsVR, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
